Chargers implement new technology and advanced training techniques
 
In an effort to constantly improve the Hillsdale College football program, Keith Otterbein and his staff have employed specialized technological video editing, state-of–the-art recruiting methods, and a new program to improve player’s maximum performance levels.
 
The Chargers have been using speed, agility and quickness drills pioneered by nationally renowned coach Frank Cona. Frank Cona’s 20 years of training and coaching experience have helped thousands of athletes, from Little League to the professional level, reach their maximum potential.
 
Frank Cona’s functional strength training involves movements that improve explosiveness without compromising stability or mobility. They include:
