This letter is in regards to Frank Cona who has been working with our football team for the past two years. During that time Frank has come in one day a week and worked on speed and agility in our football tech class. Frank also ran a speed and agility camp for out kids during the summer. This year the camp will include not just football players but all types of athletes, both male and female.

During the class and throughout the camp, Frank has incorporated a variety of activities that keep the participants motivated. Frank is very professional and gets along well with the kids. He has done a great job with our program and in a small amount of time made a big difference.
