Cornell Football
Dear Athletes,
Do you want to perform at a higher level? Do you want to reach and surpass your athletic potential? Do you want to go onto the next level? Athletic ability will only take you far enough. The rest must be learned through repetition and practice. Many people feel that speed is a God given ability that cannot be trained or developed. This is not true.
I first met Frank Cona during my sophomore year and began training with him the following summer. The process of college recruiting was just starting and I was searching for a way to increase my performance and ability. Mr. Cona not only teaches your body to be faster; he also teaches your body coordination and explosiveness. Through training with Mr. Cona my 40 yard dash time has gone from a 4.9 to a 4.7.
Next year I am planning to attend Cornell University where I will also play football. I feel that Mr. Cona has excellently prepared me to play football at the Division I level. I am continuing to train with Mr. Cona this summer so I will have the speed and agility to perform at the high level next year.
Mr. Cona is very passionate about his job. He is constantly looking for new and improved ways to teach speed development. He does a great job relating concepts and ideas to the athlete. He uses a variety of equipment and ideas to train athletes. Sprint training with Mr. Cona has been a highly enjoyable experience. He has helped me reach my potential as an athlete. Mr. Cona has the ability to help good athletes become great athletes. I would highly recommend training with him to any athlete that is interested in reaching and surpassing their athletic potential.
Sincerely,
Bill Schuerman
