Urbana Football
To Whom It May Concern:
During my sophomore year, I was on the varsity football team. I played linebacker and had a very good year. Soon after, I was getting recruited a lot by big schools, but unfortunately I experienced a real bad injury during the summer of my junior year. I tore my ACL and meniscus. This required surgery, and the doctors told me my football days were over. Fortunately for me, the surgery went very well, and through extensive therapy, I was always ahead of schedule. Once I was able to run well, my therapist sent me to see Frank Cona. Frank is an unbelievable speed and agility trainer. Not only did he help me gain back all my speed and agility, but more importantly, he helped train me mentally. Coming back from a serious injury and surgery, one has to rebuild both fast and slow twitch muscles. Perhaps the most important attribute is ones confidence, and Frank challenged me mentally and made sure my confidence level kept rising throughout the training sessions. After a long year of hard work and a decent senior year of football, I signed a letter of intent with Urbana University as a scholarship football athlete. I owe a lot to Frank, as this would not have been possible without his help.
Thanks,
Jeff Grice P.S. I hope this letter helps with your decision in choosing Frank Cona as your trainer, but more importantly demonstrates that dreams do come true.
