Dear Frank Cona,
I would like to thank you for all of your time and dedication to making me a better athlete. Our journey began nine years ago on the hot football fields of Detroit Country Day where I was an out of shape 9th grader with dreams of being a varsity basketball player. You and me 3 times a week working the ladder, doing power lunges, and working on increasing my speed with the resistance ropes. You helped me make my dream a reality and for that I will always be forever grateful.
For the record Frank please know that I have three State Championship medals on my mantle, and I'm currently considered one of the top 25 guards in Division III basketball. Under your guidance I learned the techniques to becoming a quicker and more agile athlete. Frank, you have a unique talent. You give an aspiring athlete confidence both on and off of the field and for that you are the most instrumental trainer that I've crossed paths with.
Frank, you constantly strive to be the best in your field and that in-turn makes every child a better athlete than when they first begin. Stay dedicated and know that you are the best at what you do not only because you can increase an individuals speed, agility and quickness but because in the process you help to build both self esteem and self confidence; possibly the two most important components in a young athlete.
Sincerely,
Jarett Robert Lewis
