Dear Potential Speed Enthusiasts,
Speed is often thought of as the one key characteristic that cannot be coached and is just a God-given gift.  I used to feel that that way too, more specifically until I began training with Frank Cona in the summer of 1993.  I was in the process of college recruitment for football and a major black mark that I had was that I was considered too slow.  I was interested in removing that blemish from my game.
Along with greatly improving my foot speed and coordination I also improved my 40 yard dash time from 5.2 to 4.9.  I then proceeded to have a great senior year, my improved speed and agility played no small part in this happening.
I now attend Boston College and can say with confidence that I was well prepared for the speed improvement sessions in the off-season.  This was because of the work I did with Mr. Cona.  I was already familiar with many of the exercises and our strength program has since incorporated many of the drills and exercises I have done with Mr. Cona.
The key elements to the game of football are speed, coordination, and agility.  Mr. Cona superbly prepared me to have a great senior season in high school and this is why I am returning home to work out with him in preparation to have an excellent senior year in college.
Mr. Cona is an expert in the field of speed/explosiveness improvement.  He makes the drills enjoyable and is a pleasure to work with.  He has the ability to relay the concepts of the moments involved in speed improvement to the athlete and is highly dedicated to his work and those he trains.  Mr. Cona has traveled considerable distances and has invested significant time into helping me become the best that I can be.  I feel that training with Mr. Cona has been a great asset to me and I would highly recommend training with him to anyone interested in becoming a faster, more highly developed athlete.
Sincerely,
